Customer Operations Specialist

As a Senior Executive Demo Operations at Artium Academy, your role is crucial in ensuring the seamless delivery of demo sessions to learners. You will be responsible for coordinating demo classes between learners, Academic Experts (AEs), and internal teams to guarantee a positive first experience for learners and efficient operational processes. Key Responsibilities: - Pre-Demo Coordination - Call and remind learners about their upcoming demo sessions. - Share details about the demo such as timing, what to expect, and an introduction to Artium. - Ensure learners are prepared with the necessary setup including device, internet connection, and a quiet space. - Live Demo Support - Liaise with learners and Academic Experts on the day of the demo to ensure on-time participation. - Troubleshoot any connectivity, technical, or access issues during demos. - Monitor demo flow to ensure smooth execution without disruptions. - Post-Demo & Rescheduling - Assist learners in rescheduling demos in case of no-shows, last-minute changes, or emergencies. - Capture reasons for reschedules/cancellations and provide feedback to relevant teams. - Cross-Team Coordination - Collaborate with Academic Experts, Sales Team, and Tech Team for seamless demo execution. - Promptly escalate technical or operational issues to the concerned team. - Maintain clear communication and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Your qualifications should include: - Bachelors degree in any field (preferred in Business, Operations, or related). - 1+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or coordination roles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (proficiency in English + regional languages preferred). - Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. - Comfort with technology, online platforms, and troubleshooting basic connectivity issues. - Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
