Customer Operations Specialist

Role Overview: The Customer Operations role based in Bangalore requires you to provide support to customers while adhering to SLA parameters, including quality and response/resolution time criteria. Your responsibilities will include attending and acknowledging each customer call/email promptly. You will also be in charge of creating and managing Karix build products and services, ensuring all necessary information is collected according to the checklist. Key Responsibilities: - Perform basic level troubleshooting to resolve customer issues - Collaborate in investigating issues during escalations - Assist in resolving both technical and non-technical issues faced by customers - Provide timely updates and ensure 100% documentation (RCA) on all resolutions - Adhere to Provisioning processes including time accounting, ticket management, and reviewing backlogs on a shift basis to minimize them Qualification Required: - Hold a degree in BCA, B.Sc (Computer Science), Diploma in Computer Science, or B.E./B.Tech Graduate - Basic knowledge in MySQL and Oracle DB to execute queries - Possess good written and verbal communication skills - Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment in shifts - Maintain a positive attitude If you are looking to contribute to a dynamic customer operations team, meet the requirements mentioned above, and are willing to take on the described responsibilities, this role could be the right fit for you.,
