Customer Operations Specialist

As a Customer Operations team member at the company in Bangalore, your role includes: - Providing support to customers while adhering to SLA parameters, ensuring quality and meeting response/resolution time criteria. - Attending and acknowledging each customer call/email promptly. - Creating and managing Karix build products and services effectively. - Collecting all required information as per the checklist provided. - Performing basic level troubleshooting to resolve customer issues efficiently. - Collaborating in investigating issues during escalations and assisting in the resolution of technical/non-technical issues faced by customers. - Providing timely updates to customers and ensuring 100% documentation (RCA) on all resolutions. - Ensuring 100% adherence to Provisioning processes, including time accounting, ticket management, and reviewing backlogs on a shift basis to minimize them. - Following up with customers on the solutions provided and reviewing customer feedback to enhance support quality. - Replicating, testing, and resolving incidents logged by customers, as well as ensuring proactive communication on known actions or events. Qualifications required for this role include: - BCA, B.Sc (Computer Science), Diploma in Computer Science, or B.E./B.Tech Graduate. - Basic knowledge in MySQL and Oracle DB to execute queries effectively. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment in shifts with a positive attitude.,
