Customer Operations Specialist

The Customer Operations role based in Bangalore involves providing support to customers in adherence to SLA parameters, including quality, response/resolution time criteria. As part of the responsibilities, you will attend and acknowledge each customer call/email promptly. You will be responsible for creating and managing Karix build products and services, ensuring all necessary information is collected as per the checklist. In this role, you will perform basic level troubleshooting to resolve customer issues and collaborate in investigating issues during escalations. You will assist in resolving both technical and non-technical issues faced by customers and provide timely updates along with 100% documentation (RCA) on all the resolutions. It is crucial to ensure 100% adherence to Provisioning processes including time accounting, ticket management, and reviewing backlogs owned on a shift basis to minimize them. To be successful in this role, you should hold a degree in BCA, B.Sc (Computer Science), Diploma in Computer Science, or B.E./B.Tech Graduate. Additionally, you should have basic knowledge in MySQL, Oracle DB to execute queries, possess good written and verbal communication skills, be willing to work in a 24/7 environment in shifts, and maintain a positive attitude. Furthermore, you will be required to review customer feedback to enhance support quality, replicate, test, and resolve incidents logged by customers, and ensure proactive communication on known actions or events.
