Customer Operations Management Intern

• Apprenticeship Tenure – 3 Months (4-6 Months)
• Stipend (Internship + Apprenticeship) - 15k per month

As a Customer Operations Management Intern, you will play a pivotal role in managing the ledgers of the customers and will be responsible for maintenance of the product kits. Your primary focus will be managing customer service operations, optimizing workflows and ensuring seamless communication between the cross-sectional teams.

Responsibility:

• Maintain orderbook and ensure accurate tracking of customer orders, ensuring all order details are captured correctly and processed on time.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product and components availability and minimize stock discrepancies during the time of production.
• Accurately create and maintain POs and PIs for all customer transactions, ensuring consistency and correctness.
• Collaborate with the finance department and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations across functions and resolve any discrepancies in records or payments.
• Ensure that all BOMs are accurately recorded, filed, and maintained for easy retrieval and auditing.
• Manage relationships and communications with vendors, ensuring accurate accounts and smooth transactions.
• Conduct regular audits of customer accounts to ensure all records are up to date, correct, and aligned with company standards.

Requirements :

• Must have a degree in business administration or related fields (UG/PG).
• Minimum one year of experience in maintaining orderbooks, POs & PIs, BOM and inventory management.
• Must be highly proficient in Advanced Excel.
• Key attention to details. Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy, ensuring all records and transactions are error-free and complete.
• Ability to think critically, to make decisions and solve operational challenges in a timely manner.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
