As a Relationship Manager in our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our new clients. By guiding them through the process, providing necessary training, and building lasting relationships, you will set the stage for long-term client satisfaction and loyalty. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the primary point of contact for new customers, ensuring all onboarding documentation is complete and accurate. - Provide training and demonstrations to help clients understand the value of our products/services. - Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and regularly addressing their queries or concerns. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. - Identify areas for enhancement in the onboarding process and suggest solutions. - Update onboarding materials such as guides and FAQs to improve the overall process. - Gather client feedback to enhance the onboarding experience and share insights with relevant teams for refinement. - Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and prepare reports on onboarding progress and client feedback for management review. **Key Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Prior experience in customer onboarding, relationship management, or customer service is preferred. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Empathetic and customer-oriented approach. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. - Self-motivated and able to work independently.
