Customer Care Executive Interns

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients for follow-up, appointment scheduling, and information sharing.
• Coordinate with partner hospitals to confirm patient appointments and medical requirements.
• Act as the communication bridge between patients and hospitals, ensuring timely updates and smooth processes.
• Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up lists, and reports.
• Assist in handling incoming queries via phone or email.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in

  Bengali

  (spoken) & comfortable in English/Hindi.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
