Role Overview: As a Customer Experience team member at APM Terminals, your primary responsibility will involve providing services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment. Your activities will include but are not limited to: Key Responsibilities: - Managing customer channels effectively - Handling case management efficiently - Managing customer onboarding and building relationships - Handling contract and dispute management tasks Qualifications Required: - 1 to 4 years of experience in handling shipments (Import/Export) from a logistics background - Understanding of the basics of supply chain management - Maximum notice period of 30 days, immediate joiners preferred As part of the Administrative stream at APM Terminals, you will be responsible for supporting others by performing skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks. Your role may vary from highly supervised entry-level tasks to tasks requiring experienced individual contributors with robust technical knowledge. You are expected to work independently, apply standards, and resolve problems efficiently. At your level, you will work on tasks of limited scope and complexity, exercise independent judgment within defined boundaries, and guidelines while working under supervision. Your skills have been developed through job-related training and on-the-job experience within a specific job discipline. Although you have knowledge of standardized work routines and methods, you may need to escalate non-routine problems to a more experienced colleague or supervisor.
