Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for attending and managing non-sales inbound calls, resolving issues or escalating them to relevant teams such as Ops, Sales, CX, and Tech. You will update all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and diligently follow up on open tickets until closure. Your approach should be professional, empathetic, and solution-driven to ensure high-quality service delivery. Additionally, you will collect customer feedback to further enhance service quality. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, 2 years in inbound voice support, and 2 years of experience with Teleperformance. The work location for this role is in person.,
