Customer Experience Executive (Female)

As a Product Demonstrator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by showcasing our products to walk-in customers. Your role will involve explaining product features and benefits, supporting the sales process, and creating an engaging in-store experience. Key Responsibilities: - Greet walk-in customers warmly and identify their needs. - Demonstrate product features, usage, and benefits clearly and effectively. - Address customer queries about the product with accuracy and confidence. - Assist customers in making well-informed purchase decisions. - Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked display/demo area. - Collect customer feedback and share valuable insights with the team. - Collaborate with the sales and inventory team to ensure product availability. - Ensure proper handling and maintenance of demo products. Qualifications Required: - 12th pass or graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Previous experience in customer service or product demonstration is advantageous. - Must possess a pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach. - Ability to grasp and articulate product technicalities clearly. - Presentable, confident, and engaging demeanor when interacting with customers.
