Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident and customer-focused individual to demonstrate our products to walk-in customers, explain their features and benefits, and support the sales process by creating an engaging in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet walk-in customers and understand their needs.
Demonstrate product features, usage, and benefits clearly and effectively.
Answer customer queries related to the product with accuracy and confidence.
Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked display/demo area.
Gather customer feedback and report insights to the team.
Coordinate with the sales and inventory team for product availability.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of demo products.

Candidate Profile:

12th pass or graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in customer service or product demo is preferred.
Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to learn and explain product technicalities clearly.
Presentable, confident, and engaging in front of customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
