Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via

    WhatsApp, calls, emails, and marketplaces

  • Manage

    order-related issues

    : delivery delays, cancellations, refunds, exchanges, and returns
  • Coordinate with

    warehouse, logistics, and operations teams

    to resolve issues quickly
  • Track and follow up on

    RTOs, refunds, and replacement orders

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Ensure

    polite, professional, and brand-aligned communication

    at all times
  • Identify recurring issues and share insights with the operations team for improvement



Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in

    customer support / customer service

    (E-commerce preferred)
  • Experience handling

    online orders, COD, returns, and logistics queries

  • Strong

    written and verbal communication

    (English & Hindi)
  • Comfortable using

    WhatsApp Business, email, CRM tools, and Excel

  • Calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
  • Willingness to work in a

    fast-paced startup environment
