Interior Designer & Buyer - Home Decor

Role Overview: As an Interior Designer at Mason Home, you will play a crucial role in curating elegant and high-quality designs that transform living spaces. You will combine your design expertise with commercial acumen to source products that align with the brand's aesthetic and customer needs. Your creative and detail-oriented approach will contribute to redefining modern luxury interiors while fostering innovation, creativity, and a customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities: - Research design trends and translate them into commercially viable products. - Collaborate with the Buying team to develop and adapt product designs. - Ensure designs reflect Mason Home's luxury and contemporary aesthetic. - Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers on product development. - Support seasonal collections and ensure alignment with customer preferences. Qualification Required: - Background in Interior Design / Product Design. - Strong eye for detail, trends, and aesthetics. - Passionate about home dcor and lifestyle products. - Ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
