In addition to managing COD confirmation calls and order processing, you will also be responsible for coordinating returns and replacements for damaged products. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that the return process is smooth and efficient, enhancing the overall customer experience. Furthermore, you will proactively engage with customers to convert abandoned carts into successful sales, gather valuable feedback to improve our services, and provide timely responses to inquiries on social media platforms like Instagram. Your ability to maintain accurate customer records using CRM software will contribute to our continuous process improvements and policy adherence. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, although it is not mandatory. Ideally, you should have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce or retail settings. Proficiency in English and Hindi, both written and verbal, is essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
