Customer Experience Executive

Designation : Customer Experience Executive - FEMALE

Cell : Customer Experience (CE)

Core Responsibilities : Co-ordination & Communication with Customers

Reporting To :Cell Head

1. Main Activities

· Understand and align with Vision, Purpose, and Values.

· Gain knowledge of:

- All customers and their business terms

- Product variants, configurations, and the production process.

- Internal Zone & Cell flow as well as the overall company workflow.

- Documentation and reporting systems.

- Delivery logistics and transport agency processes.

2. Key Responsibilities

· Maintain an updated customer database and record all interactions and transactions.

· Coordinate internally on a regular basis to ensure smooth dispatch operations.

· Manage material dispatch as per customer requirements.

· Keep internal teams informed about customer status and update customers on production progress.

· Monitor dispatch status and obtain acknowledgments from customers.

· Maintain and update key documents daily:

- Order Status Report

- Dispatch Details Report

- FG (Finished Goods) Report

· Organize and maintain a systematic filing system (e.g., Request Cards, Supply Cards, and related

documentation).

3. Skills & Qualifications

· Academic Qualification

- UG/PG Certification (preferably in Electronics)

· Computer Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Other Skills

- Strong linguistic and communication skills. Specially in English

- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

- Good listening skills

- Problem analysis and problem-solving abilities

- Adaptability and initiative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
