Customer Experience Engineer

The role of a Customer Experience/Support Engineer requires 2-5 years of experience and is based in Ahmedabad (WFO). As a Customer Experience/Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, resolving issues efficiently through the ITSM ticket system, and meeting customer SLAs. A strong understanding of application technical support, Linux, networking, and virtual environments is essential for this role. Your key responsibilities will include providing technical support to customers, resolving customer issues through the ITSM ticket system, and ensuring adherence to customer SLAs. You will collaborate with the team to maintain a healthy and progressive work environment. Additionally, you will strive to achieve customer satisfaction through defined criteria and ensure proper preparation and maintenance of RCA documents. To excel in this role, you should have experience in application technical support, the ability to quickly understand and analyze customer issues, and proficiency in Linux, networking, and virtual environments. Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to analyze log files, networking, and database issues using Linux, Networking, or Windows Commands, and a positive attitude are crucial for success. Having certifications in Redhat Administration, Database Administration, and Microsoft Administration, as well as experience in working with SLAs, escalations, and databases such as relational and time series, would be advantageous.
