As a Customer Experience/Support Engineer, your role will involve providing technical support to customers, ensuring efficient issue resolution through our ITSM ticket system, and adhering to customer SLAs. You will need to have a strong understanding of application technical support, along with experience in Linux, networking, and virtual environments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support to customers - Resolving customer issues through the ITSM ticket system - Ensuring adherence to customer SLAs - Collaborating with the team to maintain a healthy and progressive environment - Achieving customer satisfaction through defined criteria - Preparing and maintaining proper RCA documents To excel in this role, you should have: - Experience in application technical support - Ability to quickly analyze customer issues - Proficiency in Linux, networking, and virtual environments - Good verbal communication skills - Capability to analyze log files, networking, and database issues using relevant commands - Positive attitude Nice to have qualifications include: - Redhat Administration Certification - Database Administration Certification - Microsoft Administration Certification - Experience with SLA and escalations - Experience with relational and time series databases If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV along with contact details to jobs@motadata.com.
