Customer Experience (CX) Strategist

You will be responsible for leading day-to-day and long-term customer experience strategy on key accounts. Your role involves owning the customer and user journey across various marketing channels for clients, utilizing research and data insights to enhance marketing effectiveness. You will drive digital innovation, transforming complex information into compelling stories and brand interactions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Produce high-quality solutions that deliver brand value and business growth for clients. - Define, explore, and track interactions between customers and the brand throughout the customer lifecycle. - Optimize interactions using customer data to foster loyalty for brands. - Act as the main point of contact for client and internal team queries regarding customer experience and loyalty. - Champion experience innovation by creating a positive team environment and supporting innovative lead ideas. - Assist in managing and developing the junior team under Strategy Leadership. - Deliver thought leadership in CX and CRM planning. **Qualifications Required:** - 4-6 years of experience in digital agencies as a CX, UX, Data, or CRM planner, or in digital product development as a Product, Customer, or Loyalty Manager. - Experience in developing complex customer journeys or loyalty programs. - Proven track record of successfully delivering strategic transformation work with demonstrated results.
