Senior PHP Developers

We are seeking Senior Full Stack Developers with strong expertise in PHP (and Laravel) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work on building scalable web applications, optimizing the user experience, and integrating robust back-end functionality. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to create seamless digital solutions. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of front-end and back-end development, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities: Lead the development of advanced web applications using PHP (and Laravel). Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and execute project requirements. Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and high standards of code quality. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and performance bottlenecks. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance development practices. Requirements: 3+ years of professional experience in PHP development with a strong focus on Laravel. Expertise in PHP, Laravel, and relational databases (e.g., MySQL). Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience in managing projects and mentoring teams. This is a full-time work-from-office position. We are currently not accepting freelancers.
