The Senior Customer Experience Strategist plays a crucial role in leading day-to-day and long-term strategies for key accounts, demonstrating expertise in customer experience across digital platforms and loyalty journeys. They take ownership of customer and user journeys, utilizing research and data insights to enhance marketing effectiveness. This role involves spearheading digital innovation, translating complex information into engaging narratives, and fostering exceptional brand interactions. Responsibilities: - Develop high-quality solutions to drive brand value and business growth for clients. - Define and monitor customer interactions throughout the lifecycle, optimizing these interactions to cultivate brand loyalty. - Act as the main point of contact for client and internal inquiries regarding customer experience, interaction journeys, and loyalty. - Foster a positive team environment, promoting experience innovation and supporting junior team members. - Provide strategic leadership in CX and CRM planning, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. - Utilize CRM, email marketing, and automation platforms to enhance customer experiences. Competencies: - Transform intricate customer data into coherent journey maps. - Conduct workshops with clients, customers, and internal teams to drive innovation. - Plan and implement loyalty journeys across various touchpoints. - Review and maintain high standards of experience design work. - Offer constructive feedback to creative teams and inspire motivation. - Demonstrate expertise in marketing effectiveness and data analysis. - Lead digital channel optimization for clients. Qualifications and Experience: - 4-6 years of experience in digital agencies focusing on CX, UX, Data, CRM, or digital product development. - Proven track record in developing complex customer journeys and loyalty programs. - Experience in delivering strategic transformation projects with tangible results. - Ability to contribute to system-building and management in a growing company environment. - Strong focus on achieving optimal outcomes for clients and fostering team growth and collaboration.,
