Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to enhance customer experience across Flipkart Large & Grocery deliveries.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve customer-related issues promptly with a focus on root cause identification and preventive action.
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely communication and resolution of service gaps.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across functions to streamline processes and elevate the customer journey.
• Support process improvement initiatives and participate in team projects that enhance control tower operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education:

  MBA Fresher from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 college.

• Academic or Extracurricular Excellence:

  Demonstrated achievements in academics or notable contributions in extracurricular activities.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent English communication – both written and verbal.

• Experience:

  Prior exposure to event management or experience working with large-scale team events is highly preferred.

• Problem-Solving Skills:

  Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer pain points and implement effective solutions.

• Attitude:

  Self-driven, customer-centric, and a collaborative team player.
