Customer Experience Agent - Lead Logistics

Job Description: You will be responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with customers and providing exceptional customer service. Taking full ownership of customer shipments and issues, you will engage in constructive problem resolution and provide effective solutions. Proactively acting and communicating with customers, you will keep them informed of any issues or changes in bookings. Your role will involve addressing root causes, seeking continuous improvements, and constantly looking for ways to enhance work processes. Working independently while also supporting the team in achieving goals and standards, you will share knowledge and best practices. Additionally, you will be accountable for the execution of the shipment life-cycle process, including cross-functional coordination, while adhering to standardized processes and tasks to ensure a consistent customer experience.
