Customer Experience Advisor

Role Overview: ApplyBoard is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to assist applicants/customers throughout the admissions process by providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support. The role involves reviewing student documents, submitting applications, ensuring data accuracy, and communicating with partner schools and recruiters. The specialist will be responsible for meeting individual and team KPIs, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the improvement of application processes. Key Responsibilities: - Assist applicants with program inquiries and requirements - Provide advisement to students on alternative program options - Communicate application outcomes to students - Review student documents for eligibility - Work with partnership schools and recruiters to resolve application issues - Communicate school requirements and deadlines to students - Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications - Monitor personal performance to meet KPIs Qualifications Required: - An associate's or Bachelor's degree is an asset - 1-3 years of customer service experience - Proficiency in proofreading and editing text - Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail - Working knowledge of Google spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, and Gmail - Research and problem-solving capabilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Additional Details: ApplyBoard is a mission-driven organization focused on breaking down barriers to international education.
