Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media.
2. Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues.3. Utilize knowledge bases and other resources to resolve customer queries.4. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.6. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and response time targets.8. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, etc.) to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

1. 0-2 years of experience in customer support.
2. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to work in a 24/7 environment (rotating shifts).4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.5. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.6. High school diploma or equivalent required; graduate degree preferred.7. Familiarity with customer support software and technology.

Desirable Skills:

1. Experience working in a BPO or customer support environment.
2. Knowledge of customer support metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT, etc.).3. Certification in customer service or a related field.
