Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Engineer located in Punjab, India. The Customer Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring the functionality of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways. The role involves networking, solving technical problems, and delivering excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience.
