Customer Engineer

Role Overview: Aisera is seeking a Customer Engineer to join their world-class Customer Success team in Bangalore. As a Customer Engineer at Aisera, you will be responsible for managing specific customer accounts, ensuring their success, resolving technical issues, and providing excellent technical support during US hours. Key Responsibilities: - Be the primary technical point of contact for customers. - Ensure Aisera has access to necessary information from customer backend systems. - Train the AI system to deliver optimal responses to inquiries. - Develop workflows and RPAs based on customer requirements, utilizing scripting knowledge. - Address and resolve technical issues reported by customers, collaborating with the Engineering team for solutions. Qualifications Required: - 5 years of experience in Customer engineering, software development, or DevOps. - Previous experience in customer-facing roles. - Proficiency in scripting using bash, Java, JavaScript, python, or similar languages. - Familiarity with REST APIs for making calls and troubleshooting errors. - Knowledge of security standards such as oAuth, SAML, and SSO. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent knowledge. - Experience in setting connectors between IT systems like Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow, etc. - Understanding of AI technologies is a plus.
