Customer Engagement Specialist

As a Customer Engagement Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential leads and nurturing them into long-term satisfied customers. Your focus will be on executing end-to-end sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and success. We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual who is passionate about building relationships, converting leads, and exceeding sales targets. Your responsibilities will include calling potential leads, generating leads through various channels, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closure, and implementing traditional marketing activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up and overseeing new sales distribution channels and fostering strong relationships with customers and partners. The ideal candidate for this role should have prior internship or work experience in sales/marketing, strong lead generation and conversion skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in English (both written and spoken). You should also possess the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and handle different customer personalities with ease. Graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply. This position is based in Gurgaon, and the working schedule consists of 5.5 days a week, with the 3rd and 4th Saturday off.
