Job Description

Lead the delivery of strategic cross divisional initiatives using
Agile methodologies
and
governance
tolls that ensure implementations are delivered on time, on budget.

Partner alongside Engineering, Business and Operations
project sponsors and
bring stakeholders to the table
to build complex solutions while balancing competing priorities.

Recognize, report, and escalate project risks to senior partners; oversee remediation of risks raised.

Identify and remove impediments at program level, leveraging stakeholders, sponsorship, and other relationships to do so.

Provide transparency and progress of
projects, issues, timelines, and budgets
by running
governance forums
/
steerco
groups with senior leadership.

Skills required:
9-14 years of experience as a E2E Project Manager in the Investment banking domain, preferably working in asset and wealth management.
Experience in securities and services is desirable.

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with Investment Banking tools and concepts.
Fair Understanding of SQL queries and database structures is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional stakeholders.
