Excellent verbal and written English communication Key Responsibilities : End-to-end business consulting, including drafting SOPs , SLAs , KPIs , and creating Process Maps and Mind Maps . Ability to work with advanced Excel functions like Gantt Chart , VLOOKUP , HLOOKUP , Pivot Tables , Conditional Formatting , and nested IF formulas.
