Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Coordinator - Email , located in Faridabad. The Customer Coordinator - Email will be responsible for handling customer inquiries on email, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service and support through telephonic or email conversation (upto 100 emails incoming daily). Day-to-day tasks include managing customer communication majorly on email, addressing and resolving customer issues, and coordinating with various departments to meet customer needs effectively.

Also, should be able to handle upto 100 emails per day.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer requirements and problem-solving
• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service practices
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
• Experience in Customer Support to handle inquiries and provide solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in the automotive or electroplating industry is a plus
• Minimum of a Bachelor degree or Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
