This is a non-travelling office job. Your Main Work Will Be:βœ… Talk to customers over calls and chats βœ… Explain how our rental process works (documents, delivery, etc.) βœ… Handle business/enterprise customer queries smartly βœ… Enter customer details and updates in our system (CRM) βœ… Follow up with customers and help convert leads to orders βœ… Coordinate with delivery, documents, and support teams βœ… Build friendly and helpful customer relationships βœ… Learn and use CRM, Google Sheets, and basic tools βœ… Report daily work and status to the team lead Who Can Apply:βœ”οΈ 1+ year experience in customer service or coordination βœ”οΈ Good in English and Hindi (speaking & writing) βœ”οΈ Basic knowledge of laptops and computers is a plus βœ”οΈ Comfortable using email, chat, and CRM tools βœ”οΈ Good listener, quick learner, and team player βœ”οΈ Can manage tasks under pressure and stay organized What You’ll Get:🌟 Friendly team and work culture 🌟 Learn new tools and improve skills 🌟 Grow in the IT rental industry 🌟 Work with both individuals and business clients
