• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Support the team in improving customer service processes
• Multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail

🎓 Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks
• Patient, positive, and detail-oriented attitude
• Prior experience in customer service is an advantage
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent

💰 Salary & Benefits

• CTC Range:

  ₹26,000 – ₹40,000 per month

• Night Shift Allowance:

  Additional pay for hours beyond 40 per week

• Perks:

• Complimentary meals during shifts
• Cab facility available between 9 PM – 6 AM
• Temporary accommodation provided for 5 days upon relocation
