Job Description

Defining Non-Human Allocation strategies and cost benefit analysis.
Plan, design, and execute customer communication campaigns across multiple channels (SMS, WhatsApp, IVR, Email).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Draft engaging, concise, and customer-focused scripts for SMS, WhatsApp, IVR, and Email communication.
Work with the Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all scripts adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Tailor messaging to meet the needs of different customer segments and campaign objectives.
Coordinate with the IT team for data extraction, formatting, and integration with campaign platforms.
Partner with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all communications.
Ensure all customer communications meet legal and compliance standards.
Maintain thorough documentation of approvals and processes for audits and reference.
Identify and implement best practices for communication workflows, including automation opportunities.
Ensure timely delivery of campaigns with minimal errors through rigorous quality checks.
Generate post-campaign reports detailing performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and customer feedback.
Use insights to improve future communication strategies.
