Customer Care (US Process)

As a Customer Care Executive for the night shift position in our US-based process, your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient communication and support. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously. - Providing accurate information on products/services and resolving customer inquiries effectively. - Assisting customers with orders, returns, complaints, and issues. - Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures, and offerings. - Documenting all customer interactions accurately. - Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team goals. - Ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and follow-up. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or call center environment, preferably in a US shift. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications. - Graduation from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience. Preferred qualifications include experience in handling support or sales-related queries, flexibility to work overtime and weekends, and proficiency in international voice processes.
