Social Media Executive – Night Shift (US Process)

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence for the US market. This is a night shift role, aligned with US business hours, and requires strong communication skills, campaign execution experience, and a working knowledge of SEO.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, optimizing content for engagement and visibility, and supporting brand campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and manage social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
• Run and monitor social media campaigns focused on the US audience.
• Ensure campaign content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand tone.
• Perform basic SEO tasks, including keyword optimization and on-page suggestions for social and web content.
• Monitor engagement and analytics, and create regular performance reports.
• Communicate directly with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams and US-based clients as required.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience managing social media and digital campaigns.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts (US business hours).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs and campaign performance metrics.
• Basic SEO knowledge (keyword usage, tagging, link building, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, or Buffer is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to international (especially US) markets or brands.
• Working knowledge of paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Prior experience in a BPO or digital agency is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
