Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team for a night shift position, handling operations for our US-based process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a US shift environment, demonstrating excellent English language proficiency and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: · Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. · Provide accurate information regarding products/services and resolve customer inquiries effectively. · Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving complaints or issues. · Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products/services. · Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system. · Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals. · Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and follow-up. Requirements: · Proven experience 2 years of working in a customer service or call center environment, specifically in a US shift. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. · Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. · Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications. · Graduation from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience in handling support or sales-related queries is a plus. · Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
