Customer Care Executive (US Process)

As a Customer Care Executive in this US-based international process, your role will involve answering inbound calls from customers and clients, delivering professional customer service, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. You must be open to working night shifts and flexible shifts to meet the needs of our 24*7 operation. Key Responsibilities: - Answering inbound calls from customers and clients - Providing expert customer service - Completing day-to-day assigned work - Fulfilling service requests through telephone, email, and other communication channels Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, US voice process, and international voice process - Proficiency in English - Availability for day, night, and overnight shifts The company offers full-time employment with a schedule that includes day, evening, morning, night, rotational, and US shifts. Additionally, there is a yearly bonus for employees. Candidates must be willing to commute/relocate to Mohali, Punjab, before starting work.
