Respond to Customer Inquiries: Address questions and concerns via phone, email, chat, or in person. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and managing exchanges. Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information about products and services. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems. Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve products and services. Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services.
