Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering their queries through chat and voice calls. If you're a good communicator, friendly, and have a passion for helping people, we'd love to have you on board! Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and voice calls. • Provide accurate information about products and services. • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers. • Follow company guidelines and processes to ensure quality service. • Record customer interactions and feedback for future reference. Requirements: • Fresher’s and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply. • Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal). • Basic computer knowledge (typing, browsing, using software tools). • Ability to stay calm and polite under pressure. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. • Prior experience in customer support (for experienced candidates) is a plus
