Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources. Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude. Conduct verification of customer documents, identities, and other credentials as per company policies and regulatory standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, policies, and procedures. Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security guidelines during all verification and service activities. Contribute to team goals by achieving personal targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and verification accuracy.
