Job OverviewWe are hiring customer service professionals for the inbound process, responsible for handling customer queries and promoting relevant banking products through soft upselling. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls efficiently and professionallyResolve customer queries related to banking products and servicesEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and service qualityIdentify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling appropriate HSBC productsFollow process guidelines, compliance, and data security normsMaintain accurate call documentation and system updatesMeet defined quality, productivity, and sales targets Eligibility CriteriaGraduate onlyMinimum 6 months of BPO experienceGood English communication skillsComfortable with inbound sales/upsellingOnly Mumbai Western Line candidates can apply Shift & Work DetailsShift timing between 6:30 AM 8:30 PM (any 9-hour shift)5 days working with 2 rotational week offs Salary PackageCTC: 32,000In-hand: 26,000 per month Job LocationMalad, Mumbai Interview ProcessHR RoundAMCAT Test (Minimum 65 Score)Operations RoundClient Round
