Job Description

The primary role of this position involves efficiently handling calls and serving customers by providing relevant information. You will also be responsible for resolving internal service problems and escalating them if necessary, as well as providing proactive customer outreach. Additionally, you will be collecting and analyzing customer feedback, responding to customer reviews, and developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content. In the secondary role, you will assist other officers in solving queries in case of excess queries, adhere to organizational processes and policies, and provide feedback on the enhancement of systems and overall organization on a timely basis. The skills required for this position include good communication, grasping power, listening skills, product knowledge, computer operating abilities, and coordination. This is a full-time job with benefits such as Provident Fund and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift.
