As a Customer Care Manager at our dealership in Vijayawada, your role involves assisting in resolving customer complaints and ensuring that new vehicles are properly prepared for delivery. You will coordinate customer follow-up programs, work with salespeople to ensure timely post-sale customer contacts, and maintain updated customer files.
