Customer care Leader AVP

As a Specialist Customer Care at Barclays, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution. You will be assessed on key critical skills such as knowledge/experience of Business Banking KYC/AML, experience in handling teams, effective communication, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred experience with KYC/AML tools, case management systems, and regulatory reporting tools is a plus. Desirable skills sets include stakeholder management, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, risk and control framework awareness, and flexibility in working hours. You will be evaluated on essential skills relevant for success in the role, such as risk and controls, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology skills, and job-specific technical skills.
