Job Description

As an Outbound Calling Executive, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to students and parents to address any concerns or queries they may have. You will be required to demonstrate a deep understanding of student issues and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring the centers through CCTV surveillance to ensure compliance with guidelines. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will need to coordinate with various centers and other departments to effectively resolve student issues and ensure a seamless experience. Face-to-face interactions with students may be necessary at times to better understand their needs and provide personalized assistance. Furthermore, you will be responsible for generating daily reports and other Management Information System (MIS) to track and analyze performance metrics. Your exceptional customer handling skills will be put to the test as you maintain a sharp focus on addressing customer issues promptly and efficiently, even in high-pressure situations.,
