Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.

  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.

  • Provide product/service information and guidance to customers.

  • Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and contribute to retention.

  • Requirements:

    • Experience:

      6 months 2 years in customer service / call center / support role.

    • Education:

      Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.

    • Languages:

      Proficiency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada is a strong plus.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented under pressure.

    • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
