Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative for our chat support process. The role involves assisting customers with their queries and concerns efficiently and professionally.

*Please note, this is a non-sales role—no outbound calls or sales targets involved.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle incoming customer queries via voice and chat channels.

· Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.

· Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

· Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

Requirements:

· Experience as a customer care executive with at least 6 months to 1 year.

· English is mandatory.

· Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
