About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional voice and email support to our customers, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Additionally, familiarity with digital marketing and SEO will be an added advantage, as the role may involve assisting with basic social media responses and online engagement tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Follow email etiquette while drafting professional responses.

• Maintain a polite, patient, and customer-friendly tone in all interactions.

• Assist in managing basic social media responses (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn, etc.).

• Monitor and engage with customer comments/messages on digital platforms.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to improve service quality.

• Generate reports on customer queries and resolutions as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Strong email drafting and etiquette.

• Prior experience in customer support (voice/email) is preferred.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO is a plus.

• Problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach.

• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
