About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will handle voice and email support, resolve customer queries efficiently, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. Basic knowledge of digital marketing/SEO is an added advantage, as you may assist with social media responses and online

engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally.

✅ Respond to emails with excellent drafting and etiquette.

✅ Ensure high customer satisfaction with clear, polite communication.

✅ Assist with basic social media comments/messages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

✅ Maintain accurate CRM records.

✅ Provide feedback on recurring issues and generate reports as needed.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.

✔️ Prior customer support (voice/email) experience preferred.

✔️ Basic knowledge of digital marketing & SEO is a plus.

✔️ Strong problem-solving attitude & customer-first mindset.

✔️ Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools.
