Customer Care Executive

Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues regarding products, services, or orders. Assist customers in placing orders, tracking deliveries, and addressing any post-delivery concerns. Maintain customer records by updating account information. Ensure timely follow-up with customers for order confirmation and other updates. Provide accurate information about products, offers, and discounts. Collaborate with other teams for swift resolution of customer queries. Strive to meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, customer satisfaction, and other metrics. Requirements: Freshers or experienced candidates are eligible. Minimum education qualification: 12th pass freshers. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability. Basic computer knowledge is a must. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Candidates ready for immediate joining will be preferred.
